Anyone needing an FBI (Federal Bureau of Investigations) Background Check or what’s also known as Departmental Order (DO) can get your fingerprints taken and transmitted to the FBI for a fingerprint-based background check. Florida regulation mandates out-of-state applicants must submit electronic fingerprints with the appropriate State of Florida ORI numbers provided by the State agency requesting the background check.
